Te Oranganui is pleased to announce the following Summer Internship positions available for the 2024-2025 summer break;

Te Manawanui Pauro Memorial for those studying a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (MBChB) - $3,900 + Study Grant $1,500

​

Dennis Wharetini Ratana Memorial for those studying a Bachelor of Health, Māori Health, Social Work or a Health-related degree - $3,900

​

Ngarini Phillips Memorial for those studying a Health-related qualification at a Bachelors level - $3,900

​

Niko Tangaroa Memorial for those studying towards a Bachelor or post-graduate qualification in the area of Mental Health and Addictions - $3,900

 

All interns will be offered 5 weeks paid work within Te Oranganui. The practice of Te Oranganui is guided by Whānau Ora, which the successful applicants will need to be aware of, demonstrate and uphold should they be successful.

The actual start and finish dates will be determined on a case by case basis with the successful applicants but this shall occur between November 2024 and February 2025, either side of our annual Christmas shutdown.
