Rangatahi Innovations Meet the kaimahi
Te Kākano | Rangatahi Innovations is a programme designed to help tāne māori from the ages 16-24 to help realise their own potential. This is the first video of many that will showcase the mahi Te Kākano will be doing. Note: Te Oranganui does not own the rights to the music
Kahurangi Simon has been part of supporting the Ngā Paerangi Kaiārahi Team that has been tasked with ensuring that Ngā uri o Ngā Paerangi are well looked after during Covid-19. He has also been instrumental in assisting Te Oranganui with organising vaccination clinics at Kaiwhāiki Pā. Here is his kōrero around the decision his whānau have made to vaccinate and the way in which he has been involved in ensuring his whānau, hapū and iwi are well and safe.

He rua au he Awa, he Rauru au aue…! Nan Pirikahu-Smith has been an integral part of supporting Te Oranganui with the Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics in Waverley. She is also a kaimahi of Te Oranganui working as a Whānau Ora Navigator. Her mahi takes her in to homes of kaumatua and whānau, she decided to be vaccinated because she needed to ensure her own safety and the safety of those whānau who she comes in to contact with. This is a three-part video series of Nan Pirikahu-Smith and her whānau at their Marae, Te Wairoa Iti in Waverley.
