Gives support to individuals with a disability and their whānau so that they are able to live and work as independently as possible in their communities.
Te Taihāhā also offers advice and guidance for those unfamiliar with the disabilities sector.
Te Taihāhā works with all age groups.

Te Taihāhā is whānau centered, and sensitive to the needs and aspirations of whānau living with disabilities. Te Taihāhā has access to relevant information and guidance support essential in planning requirements to meet the support needs of the individual.
Alongside whānau, Te Taihāhā works to increase tangata whai ora/client independence through:

We work with whānau to understand mate wareware and provide guidance to navigate the journey with confidence and care.
