Kaitūruki - He Puna Ora provides an intensive outreach coordination service for hapū māmā, whānau and tamariki up to 3 years of age, who are experiencing problems with alcohol and other drugs and are poorly connected to health and social services.

This role focuses on building whānau to achieve outcomes and work with their tamariki to have the best start in life. This role works across health, education, justice and social outcome domains.
