Service Coordinator
Permanent - 40 hours per week

Te Oranganui is seeking a full time Service Coordinator to join Te Taihāhā (Disability Support Service). In your role you work with clients to provide quality services and ensure the client is getting the cares they need. You will be expected to build strong and lasting relationships with our partners and other service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible and engender a team environment that supports positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum NZ Cert in Health & Wellbeing (Level 4) Advanced

  • Experience leading groups

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in similar role

  • Working knowledge of CMS Systems and Databases

  • Established network base within the Health, Social & Disability sector;

  • Subject to clean police clearance check
