Support for Independent Living -
Short Term / Long term / ACC home & community based rehabilitation/Residential Service:
This service provides holistic support for those who are intellectually or physically disabled, and the older person. It provides holistic home-based support for whānau members to live independently in an environment that is supportive to their lifestyle and disability and promotes positive ageing for the older person. There are also short term services provided to whānau members upon their discharge from hospital to support them to regain independence.
Monthly Kaumātua Luncheon: Support for our kaumātua to remain socially active and connected to their community.
The service can support whānau and provide support using individualised funding for home and community support and respite options.
