Te Oranganui is an iwi led organisation that was established in 1993 to improve access and service delivery of health services to Māori in the Whanganui region. Over time the roles and functions have grown and the organisation now delivers a range of health and social services throughout the region to Māori and non-Māori Whānau.
Te Oranganui is seeking an experienced administrator (full time, permanent) to effectively provide dedicated professional administration support to the Whānau and Community Service and the Service Manager.
You will have zero tolerance toward family violence; demonstrate organisational skills; have the ability to multi task; have excellent time management, work priority skills; have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; have strong writing and editing skills; the ability to work as part of a team; be self manageable and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
The successful applicant will have:
At least two years working in a similar role
A minimum typing speed of 60+ words per minute with high accuracy
Extensive Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant qualification in office systems
Experience with database management
