​We are seeking an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our Business Unit. Working closely with the Strategic Communications Lead, this position will drive the development and delivery of communications and engagement across Te Oranganui.

The Kaitātaki Whakapā (Strategic Communications Lead) is an influential, senior level position within the Healthy Families Whanganui, Rangitīkei, Ruapehu team, and is responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational communication solutions to Kaihautū Waiora Whānau (Healthy Families WRR Manager), Mātaiwhetū (Te Oranganui CEO) and the Healthy Families Whanganui Rangitīkei, Ruapehu Strategic Leadership Group.

Kaipāneke Taioro Tangata (People & Performance Administrator)

Kaipāneke Taituarā (Receptionist)

The Receptionist (Kaipāneke Taituarā) helps ensure the Te Oranganui Business Unit runs smoothly and efficiently, and is the “face” of Te Oranganui’s main office for kaimahi, whānau and manuhiri who visit. The Receptionist is responsible for delivering a high-quality administration support service to, and on behalf of the Business Unit, to all kaimahi and management.

Te Taurima (Executive Assistant)

Te Oranganui Trust is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO (Te Mātaiwhetū). This role requires a high level of executive skills to support a CEO that is active across multiple sectors: iwi, government and NGO.

 

The person will also provide secretariat services to a range of internal and external forums and support/lead the management and completion of high-level projects. Projects and duties will align with the strategic direction of Te Oranganui.
