The Te Oranganui Business Unit (Te Taituarā team) aims to provide a seamless and highly efficient “engine-room” support team to kaimahi and whānau.

We are seeking a People and Performance Administrator. The key responsibility of this position is to ensure provision of high-quality performance and development processes for Te Oranganui. This role is also responsible for Health, Safety and Wellbeing with wellbeing extended to include whānaungatanga and organisational culture.​

The Kaitātaki Whakapā (Strategic Communications Lead) is an influential, senior level position within the Healthy Families Whanganui, Rangitīkei, Ruapehu team, and is responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational communication solutions to Kaihautū Waiora Whānau (Healthy Families WRR Manager), Mātaiwhetū (Te Oranganui CEO) and the Healthy Families Whanganui Rangitīkei, Ruapehu Strategic Leadership Group.
