Hinengaro Hauora offers a Day Activities programme for our clients which includes a range of Kaupapa Maori programmes such as social skills development, recreational and work skills that are realistic and achievable, and most importantly aligned with the current needs of the group as well as the individual.
 
The purpose of these programmes is (subject to change) to provide and support clients in paid supported employment.
 
Activities are presented as follows;

Mondays	Pottery and social skills
Tuesdays	Shopping and catering
Wednesdays	Horticulture, karakia, mihimihi and waiata
Thursdays	Community eg. WINZ employment, MIST, Russell House
Fridays	Social skills eg. cooking, physical activities
