Eligibility Criteria

• aged 16 - 65 years
• NZ citizen / permanent resident, NZ work permit holders, currently living in New Zealand
• have a disability lasting more than 6 months

A three day programme is available to all Tangata Haua who meet the eligibility criteria, to offer support before moving into employment. Our Tangata Haua are involved in a numeracy and literacy course, as well as enjoying daily social interaction with the local community. Karakia, waiata and mihimihi play an integral role in the holistic provision of this vocational service.
