Palliative care is a home based service offering support and care to people and whanau through the experience of a terminal illness. This service provides support linkages within iwi, incorporate taha Maori and look at the holistic well-being of the whanau through the grieving process.
Referral Process
Referrals can be made by Whanau, Whanganui Hospice, General Practitioners, and Good Health Whanganui. For information about the terminally ill, click here
