Well Child
This service is avaliable free of charge to tamariki and their whanau. Tamariki Ora provide services to Kohanga Reo, home visits or clinic options in the Whanganui, Ngati Apa, Nga Rauru and Otaihape regions.
Tamariki Ora is operated by a Nursing Team and a Vision and Hearing Technician who aim to provide whanau and tamariki with Well Childcare and education until the tamaiti turns five years old.
Tamariki Ora provides Well Child checks which include health and development education, immunisation and health protection advice, and a facilitation service that assists whanau to access well health checks, doctors and dental services.
