Te Oranganui Disability Support Service - Te Ara Toiora supports individuals and their whanau to increase their abilities towards increased independence.
 
Te Ara Toiora has Needs Assessors whose roles are to identify clients' needs. The outcome will reflect the nature and complexity of the needs of the client being assessed, and will result in a comprehensive Needs Assessment. Needs Assessors are committed to providing choices, empowering support improved access to information and advocacy. Assessors will then refer clients to the appropriate service for assistance.
